What do we do?

 

SEALCOATING:  We use a sand mix industrial sealcoat that protects the investment of your driveway/parking lot/roadway.  It protecs the surface from rain and ice and resists harmful spills of chemicals (gas, oil, etc).  The sealer will also rejuvenate the appearance of your driveway/parking lot, by bringing back the "new" dark black color; improving your property's appearance and value.

 

CRACKS:  Cracks are dug down, cleaned out, then injected with a rubber based crack sealer.

 

Preventative maintenance of cracks and regular sealcoating can extend the life of asphalt well past normal life spans.

 

LINE PAINTING:  Design/lay out/repaint of parking stalls, fire lanes, handicap spaces, no parking zones, loading zones, or whatever the needs of your parking lot.
